Day 55 – My gooooooodnessss…

Where am I….sooo much gooodness in my world today.. I have to say. I ran this morning with my mom and randy. what a great thing that is. I am clear that partners and teams are awesome. Which I haven’t always thought was the best thing! But, the power of 2 or the power of 100 is pretty impressive and I am feeling that today.. I am also so clear that there is joy and beauty everywhere if we just open our eyes! Today, I felt like a kid in a candy store.. really I did.. everything was so colorful, so full of love, smiles and just opportunity… I am clear in my head.. I am grounded and I am jobless.. LOL! I am creating what I am going to be doing for income in the meantime of my business’s to get up and running! oooh the joys of the adventure.. I had the thought of doing massage. I know I am good at it, it is easy money.. But, when I even say the word massage. I cringe. No joke! I think that chapter is just done done done! I am creating new and different experiences now…. So, the thought of starting that up even part time just makes me feel ill…..I will have it in the next week what I am going to do.. Have some ideas along the lines of creative coordinator and personal assistant!! we shall see..

Diet salt water, sea water

Grapefruit – out on the deck with the sun on my face – makes it so much more luscious!

Tonic with lemon, honey and apple cider vinegar

Shake with more goodies than normal

Pumpkin seeds – I want to say an ounce but to be honest I am not even sure how much that is!!!

Red Grapes – probably the best red grapes I have ever had!!!!

Green Drink(your my everything) with carrot, beet and celery juice 8 oz and Chlorophyll (pre cardio workout)

2 dates (post cardio workout) 

3 oz of orange roughy, green beans, salad wraps with 3 nori seaweed sheets!

Workout –

am 2.7 mile run and 40 minutes of yoga and mediation

pm 20 minutes stairmaster – 30 minutes elliptical

Body- My body is doing InCrEdIbLE! I feel healthy, full of energy and more confident in my body…. There is more energy and more vitality today….. good stuff!

Mind – My mind has cleared so much more room to just “BE”! I have let go of some ideas and pressures that I was feeling like I had to do right now.. Forcing and pushing, not working so well! So, getting clear on where I am going, what I am up to, leaves my mind feeling positive and refreshed!

Soul – My soul is Alive! Like I said I feel like a kid. I feel open and vulnerable to the world. Which frees me up! There is nothing to hide. I love people more! I am just looking at people different and feeling people different! There is a shift in who I am. There is a big shift in connecting to my heart throughout the day!! The kid in me the one who loves to dance, to create, to laugh, have fun, be childlike is stepping out!! Loving it!

Magic, Miracles and Serendipitous moments….There has been so many today.. First off I went to the health food store with 40.00 and my total was 41.00 the lady who I have gotten to know said.. don’t worry about it and pulled out a dollar to pay for the rest! Awesome! How great is that!!! I stopped at the bookstore and there was a book on sale outside on quotes and I love them so I picked it up and just randomly opened it up to the page with all the quotes on laughter! lol! How funny. I had to laugh! I had a divine conversation with Lena my radiant goddess friend in CA, she is so in my corner I am showered with love in every conversation! Thanks Love! I also got a wonderful email from a high school friend today about him reading this blog! It brought tears to my eyes. It was beautiful and he gave me some advice on my contest… “To pay no attention to where you place!!! Your success will be measured through your hard-work, self discipline, and just competing……Your accomplishment is through your growth as a person that has manifested itself through your body allowing you to compete in that sort of event.” (hope that is ok to publish on here E. Thank You! ) oooh and one more thing I forgot! HA! When I went the health food store. I never realized there was a scrapbooking store nearby! I have always done my own sort version of scrapbooking! So, I though why not? I went in.. And, I had a grand time in there, so many stickers, creative ideas.. And, also there are classes on how to do certain things.. You bet your bottom dollar I will be there! Call me a scrapbooking nerd I dare you!  And, lastly I was thinking of my girlfriend ShreeWoman and she called me this evening to tell me she was thinking of me..

How I am feeling today.. 1 simple yet powerful word! Blissful!

What I am grateful for…Books, the smell of fresh cut grass, encouragement, love, beauty and health!
